Sasikumar overtakes Vijay Sethupathi now: Seenu Ramasamy had directed the film Koodal Nagar, Thenmerku Paruva Kaatru, Neer Paravai, Idam Porul Eval and Dharmadurai. In this, the films Thenmerku Paruva Kaatru, Idam Porul Eval and Dharmadurai had Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles.
The film Idam Porul Eval is yet to be released. The film Dharmadurai which Seenu Ramasamy lastly directed had a good response. After this, Seenu Ramasamy is directing the film titled Mamanithan. The film produced by Yuvan Shankar Raja has Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role.
In between, he will be directing film which will have Sasikumar in the lead role. Sasikumar is donning the role of a farmer. The film will narrate the present situation of the farmers. The film is yet to be titled. Meanwhile there is news that the film can be titled as Vivasai.
Right now Sasikumar is busy shooting for his upcoming film titled ‘Kodi Veeran’, which is directed by Muthaiah.
The film stars Mahima Nambiar, Poorna and Sanusha in female lead roles with Viddarth playing an important role. Madha Yaanai Koottam fame director has been signed to play the negative role in this movie, which will be wrapped up shortly in time.
